In 2020, it was recognized as a green shipbuilding enterprise in Zhoushan.
Zhoushan Yatai has hardware facilities with two docks and six berths, including one large dry dock of 300,000 tons and one of 150,000 tons, measuring 360m × 76m × 14.5m and 300m × 46m × 13.5m respectively; one berth of 300,000 tons, three berths of 80,000 tons, one berth of 50,000 tons, and one berth of 40,000 tons, with an average draft exceeding 12 meters. The company was listed as a major construction project for the development of the marine economy in Zhejiang in 2012 and was recognized as a green ship repair enterprise in Zhoushan in 2020.
