Zhoushan Asia Pacific Dockyard Co.,Ltd. (formerly known as Zhejiang Longwen Shipbuilding Engineering Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as Zhoushan Yatai) was established in June 2007 with a total investment of about 2.6 billion yuan. The shipyard covers an area of about 370000 square meters and a construction area of about 72000 square meters. It has a sea area of nearly 70 hectares, a coastline of 2002 meters and a wharf of 1550 meters. It has more than 600 employees and more than 2000 internal association employees. The company is located in the shipping center of East China, located at 122 ° 09 ′ 30 ″ east longitude and 29 ° 48 ′ 18 ″ north latitude. It is close to Shanghai, Ningbo, Zhoushan and other major ports. The shipyard is adjacent to Shrimp Gate and Broom Gate, which are two international waterways. It has superior deep-water shoreline and hinterland resources. Ships are not limited by time and tide when they are berthing, and have perfect ship repair facilities and supporting equipment, mainly engaged in various types of ship repair, modification and offshore engineering platform repair and maintenance, annual commitment to repair more than 300 ships of various types.

Zhoushan Asia Pacific has the hardware scale of two docks and six berths, with 300000-ton and 150000-ton large dry docks each, which are 360 meters × 76 meters × 14.5 meters and 300 meters × 46 meters × 13.5 meters respectively. One 300000-ton berth, three 80000-ton berths, one 50000-ton berth and one 40000-ton berth, with an average draught of over 12 meters. The company was listed as a major construction project for the development of Zhejiang's marine economy in 2012 and was recognized as a green ship repair enterprise in Zhoushan in 2020.
